Create a blank graduated scale

Question

Hello,

I would like to create a blank template so that I can print it and fill it in by hand.
However, I want to scale the x-axis for time in weeks (0 to 24 weeks) and the y-axis for the score from 0/20 to 20/20 (I would like to have the ticks but the dates are not known).
How can I do this in Word or Excel?

Hello, You can create a table in Excel with 24 columns and 20 rows. You just need to apply a color to the cells based on the week and the grade, right?

I took your advice and created a table with a "weeks" column and another "notes" column, but since I don't know Excel, I'm stuck on the next step.
How do I turn my table into a chart?

After that, you can also fill out a table and use Excel's chart function to create your histogram, but I don't know how to make a blank one. Maybe by putting 0 notes for all the weeks...
