User account deletion issue

Hello,

I created a user account (some time ago and I don't remember why), and it is considered an Administrator account.

I tried to delete it through the Control Panel, but I can't.
I went to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Manage another account -> I clicked on the account to delete -> But it doesn't offer me the option "Delete this account"?_?

It only offers me the options "Change the account name"; "Create a password"; "Change the picture"; "Set up parental controls"; "Manage another account".

So I can't delete it. I think I need to set it as a Standard User, but I don't know how to do that...

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Sincerely, Guillaume7717

Edit: In the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Special Accounts I found an account called Administrator, which is the name of the user account I would like to delete, the properties of this account: Type: REG_DWORD; Data: 0x00000001 (1); Base Hexadecimal with the value 1 (my account is called Guillaume). If I delete this account, will it delete the account I want? Or will it delete mine?

Edit 2: I found this information thanks to this: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-3614304-administrateur-local-sous-vista-familial Maybe I activated the local administrator account... I don't remember...

Configuration: Windows Vista

I just deleted the Administrator registry key located here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Special Accounts
I restarted my PC, but I still can't delete the account ...

In cmd.exe I type:

net user Administrator /delete

And it displays: System error 1371 has occurred. Unable to perform this action on predefined accounts ...

I launched cmd.exe as an administrator ...

Good evening,
Leave this account alone, it's the only one that has the most power on your PC, and could help you troubleshoot. If you don't want to see it anymore, in the command prompt opened as administrator, type: net user Administrator /active:no

Okay, but sometimes I installed programs and clicked on "Install for all users." If I uninstall the programs from this account, will it uninstall them from my account?

Thank you for your response :)

RE
Yes, programs are only installed once on your PC; if you uninstall one, regardless of which session you use, it will be removed for all sessions.
