Good evening, I just downloaded the Cheat Menu mod (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16581)
But I can't install it. In the "Readme.txt" it says: "Put cheats.cs into the CLEO folder, and put cheats.fxt into the CLEO_Text folder (you need GXT_Hook for this to work)." But I don't have a CLEO folder and I can't find the GXT_Hook mod on the internet.
PS: My game is version 1.0

Hey, HiiDroZz, as you said you want to install this mod menu, make sure you have SannyBuilder and Cleo installed in your game folder (I've put the links at the bottom of the text).
After installing these two programs, you will need to place the Mod Menu files into your Cleo folder.
If you didn't understand, I've linked a YouTuber who explained how to install it well.
