Adding mods to GTA IV

a blank CD of 15 GB or a USB drive is for extracting the game and putting it somewhere else than its original CD. After that, you put the USB drive (or CD, it's the same) in your computer, then open your USB drive with the game inside, you place your mods in the USB drive and put it in your console, then launch it with the USB drive and have fun.
