Adding mods to GTA IV

Nah, but guys, you’re not up to speed ^^; I'm going to tell you how to do it ^^
(on Xbox 360). So you will need this:
1. Your mods or Ramp
2. 1 USB key, 16GB minimum
3. A PC with 15GB free
4. Your Xbox 360 (doesn't matter if it's not flashed, you'll still manage)
5. And a 15GB CD (optional)
So turn on your Xbox, plug in your USB key, go to the game launch box and press X, you will see Install the game > Storage device and wait for the game installation.
Then remove the USB key and put it on your computer, copy the game to your computer, modify it and add some mods! And let's have fun! (as my English teacher would say lol but who cares)
