The internet is often seen as a separate area regarding rights by users. However, each website and, by extension, all its users are subject to the legislation of the country where the site is hosted. Therefore, CommentCaMarche and its users must comply with French law.
The following are particularly prohibited (non-exhaustively) and may be penalized:
The reproduction, representation, or dissemination of a work subject to intellectual property rights that do not permit it.
Discussions regarding the copying of commercial software for purposes other than backup copies as provided for by the intellectual property code.
