Logitech Wireless Mouse Issues

Hello, Since yesterday my wireless mouse refuses to work. I thought it was the battery, I changed it but still nothing. In fact, the problem comes from the tiny USB dongle that connects to the computer to link the mouse to the PC.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now I have a small message in the taskbar that says "USB device not recognized
One of the USB devices connected to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it. Click this message for help."
I did click for help, but the solutions it leads to don't help me at all.

I also tried to update the driver, but it tells me that Windows has detected that there are no updates to be made.

Do you have a solution??

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Hi there!

Have you tried changing the USB port?

Hi, yes but on any USB port it displays the same message. :(

I imagine you've tried restarting your computer?
Do you have the means to try it on another computer? To see if the issue is indeed with the mouse and not with the machine?
