Public Wedding Venue [Sims 3]

Hello,
In The Sims 3, how do you organize a party (a wedding in this case) in a public venue and especially how to set up the preparations (buffets, cake(s), etc...) at the said location?

    You go on the phone 'organize a party at this location'
    They will ask you to choose the place
    They'll give you the time, dress code, etc.
    For the preparations, you type 'testingcheatsenabled true'
    You go on the lot organized
    Right-click to buy on that lot and prepare your lot ;)

      To enter testingcheatsenabled true, you need to type it in the bar at the top like a code to get money? (after pressing ctrl arrow and c)

      Hi everyone!
      So, when I go on the phone, I only see "Put outside," "Call a friend," or "Quit."
      But you should know that my Sim is pregnant (and it’s a bit silly, but many talk about a town called "Vista Beach" and not the other towns that come up very often: I think there must be several Sims 3 games). Do you think this could be a barrier to the Public Marriage?

      It may not be possible on consoles. The author did not specify, so I assumed he was referring to the PC version.

      And on Wii, how do we do it? Can we celebrate a wedding party? If so, can we do it in a specific place and can we arrange tables, etc...?

      I have a boyfriend, I want to marry her and celebrate a "non-intimate" wedding but I couldn't do it. Everyone says we should call on the phone but on my phone it says: "QUIT", "CALL A FRIEND" and "KICK OUT"

      Hello,
      I organized a wedding in The Sims 3, I made the preparations, but there is no cake for the couple to cut. However, I go to Options/Entertainment/Parties and there is no cake. Please reply to me quickly!
