Motherboard settings access passwords

Hello.
So, I bought an Intel motherboard... As soon as I installed it, the first thing I did was go into the BIOS to configure some settings (boot, etc.) and see if we could adjust the clock frequencies and more if possible... but when I accessed my BIOS, I realized that the settings in question were only accessible with a password called: "Intel(R) Management Engine Password." So I tried basic things like four zeros or eight zeros or abcd, just simple stuff in case, but I couldn't succeed... I went on the Intel website but couldn't find an answer to my problem, and since I don't speak English (American) well enough, I'm afraid of coming across an article that talks about it and making mistakes by misunderstanding what's being said...
That said, I find it shameful that after paying for my motherboard, I don't have access to all its settings without this damn password.
If you have the solution... that would be incredibly kind of you to provide it, thank you.
