Windows 7 reinstallation failed

Hello,
first of all, thank you in advance for your help.
My problem is serious, and I would ask you not to take it lightly if possible. Thank you in advance.
Well, on Wednesday evening, after having used my computer during the day, when I tried to turn it on, everything started normally. But here it is. The Windows startup oddly took an eternity. I tried again and left the computer for half an hour like that, but nothing. Just the Windows logo flashing but nothing else. The next day, I tried again and still nothing. I pressed on Windows startup repair or something like that, and it scanned the computer for a good hour. In the end, it told me that it was impossible to detect the problem.
Then I attempted a system restore to a previous point. That's what I did, but after a normal process: it was impossible to do on my device, it told me!
Finally, I resorted to drastic measures; I decided to reinstall Windows 7 as Packard Bell, my computer manufacturer with whom Win 7 was provided, suggested. I chose the option where they promised to keep all my files separately in a directory. It was stated that all my Windows 7 would be deleted and that I would find it in the initial state as I bought it.
I started the process and everything worked. Suddenly the PC restarted and it said "Starting Windows" (who knows why in English...) and then "The installer is starting services." It told me once that it couldn't install it on my PC even though Windows 7 had been working well for over a year. But it continued. Then two or three times, it said it needed to restart to install, and it kept looping. After several restarts, it stopped showing that and since then it remains stuck on "The installer is starting services" with a white banner at the bottom. I can't do anything anymore, every time I shut down and restart the computer, it's always that that appears!

PLEASE help me! How can I get out of this mess!!!!!? Sorry for the block of text but I needed to explain everything so that you could help me. Please, I am at my wit's end with this, why isn't it working? I didn't touch anything during the reinstallation, at least nothing that changed anything.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 534.30

Yeah, it lasted about 3 and a half hours for me.
And little by little, the French is coming back and it looks more and more like Windows 7.

I'm waiting too and I'm losing patience.

OK. But at one point it told me it had failed, that it was incompatible with my hardware (even though Windows 7 had worked on my computer for over a year). Yet it kept going... Did that happen like that for you too?

Or worse, put Vista.

When reinstalling Windows, the computer restarts 6-7 times during the installation.

So all hope is not lost, is that it? I sure hope so...
But how long does it last? Because it's been going on for over 4 hours, I think.

Hello, I have a similar problem.
When I press F4, it tells me that I need to restart the PC and that Windows will open, this has happened 20 times and "the installation program starts the services" keeps reappearing and it's going in circles.
It's very frustrating and I don't know much about it. It's a Packard Bell running Windows 7.
Thank you for your help.

Good evening,
You scare me, I have a similar issue, it was working fine last night, and tonight when I tried to turn on my Acer, it got stuck on a black screen, so I forced it to shut down, it restarted correctly, but it doesn't really respond to my commands anymore, I ask it for two actions (within the same program) and bang, there it is frozen again, the cursor spins around for ages, so I wanted to reinstall my Windows 7 backup CDs, but I wanted to know how to proceed because on XP you had to press F8 or F10, I can't remember, and now under Seven I don't know the procedure, can you please help me?

Actually, I solved my problem by using the backup disks. It's very complicated and weird, I admit. In fact, when your computer starts, you should see the manufacturer's logo before Windows. Below, there should be "for setup" or something like, "press f..." so click quickly on the specified "f." Put your Recovery disk #1 in the disk drive. Then, on the thing that appears on the screen, go to "Boot" and set your disk drive where you put the Recovery as the first boot option. Then click on F9 or F10 and accept "Save and leave." The recovery disk should load. Since I don't know your computer brand, I'll leave you the tutorial I used for Packard Bell. Be careful, all your data and programs will be destroyed.

Good luck! ;)

Yes, thank you for the "good luck", I think I'll need it, because when there's the manufacturer's logo... well, I have nothing else, why did it have to be so complicated, on XP it was simpler...
Thank you.

Try all the "F.." keys from "F1" to "F12" ...
Have a great day! ;)

Hello, I installed Windows 7 on my PC, it installs fine and gets to the blue screen where it says (the installation program is starting the services). I would like to know if it's normal for this to take some time because I don't know, but I feel like it's stuck.
