Installe le dans son propre dossier:
-clic droit sur le bureau, choisis "nouveau dossier" puis installe le dedans.
Lance le, clic sur "do a system scan and save logfile"
Puis copie et colle le rapport ici stp

Clic sur "demarrer", "executer", tape: services.msc ,cherche dans la liste cette ligne, fais un clic droit dessus choisis "propriétés" et régle la sur "désactivé"

Clic sur démarrer, rechercher et supprime ce processus si présent:

**Si un fichier persiste lors de la suppression fait ceci:
-Redemarres ton pc, dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 si F8 ne fonctionne pas), à l'écran qui va apparaitre choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu.. puis vas supprimer les fichiers/dossiers qui persistaient, vides ta corbeille et redemarres normalement

Désactive le pare-feu de Windows(SP2) il ne sert à rien puis installe celui ci pour plus de sécurité

Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici stp

Salut kerio, apparement je suis plus nul que je le croyer!

En fait, après avoir respecter tout la marche à suivre, j'ai cliqué sur la case "fix checked" et là un message en anglais est apparu, vu que je ne l'ai pas compris j'ai appuyé sur "no"est là vu que je ne voyais pas de changement... coup de tête j'apuie sur "yes".

A ma grande surprise, en rappuyant sur scan, les lignes cochées ne sont plus dans la liste..

Je vais donc dans demarer, puis executer et tapes ...services.msc
Je cherche dans la liste ...services.msc et rien de semblable mais plusieurs services autre que celui-ci.

A l'aide, j'espère que j'ai pas fait une grosse boulette,merci encore pour la reponse...

Bonjour , après avoir fait le scan sur AVG Anti-spyware, il m'a trouvé 24 objets (74 traces).

Je n'ai pas supprimer ces objets. Si on veux les supprimés comment on fait? Merci encore de m'aider

Bonsoir, merci tes reponses mais mon probleme persiste meme après avoir supprimer les spywares .

Internet explorer rame tjs autant autant avec la page de démarage et surtout pour lancer une adresse parmis les favoris!

Je vais me resigner à faire une réinstallation complète!

A ce propos aurais-tu la procédure pour faire un formatage?
