Virus gendarmerie activité illicite demelée

j'ai deja été voir ce tuto mais ça n'a pas marché, peut etre que j'ai fait une mauvaise manip c'est pour ça que je demande une aide en direct

tu as demandé de l'aide a malekal morte sur son forum? ou juste essayé le tuto?
sinon pour aider les helpers d'ici tu devrais ajouter des infos dans ton messages comme par exemple ton système d'exploitation, si tu as encore accès au pc ou si il bloque carrément le lancement de windows etc... plus tu mettra d'infos, plus ils pourront te suggérer de solutions

en fait non je n'ai pas demandé l'aide à malekal j'ai juste suivi le tuto
sinon pour les info: je suis sur win 7 , quand j'allume mon pc j'ai mon bureau mais impossible d'y acceder puisque juste aprés ya la page du virus qui s'affiche et qui me bloque tout
je peux entrer en mode sans echec et c'est de que je vous ecris en ce moment
j'ai telecharger les differents logiciel hijakthis ou encore roguekiller mais ça n'a pas marcher, comme je ne suis pas une experte en info je pense que j'ai du faire une mauvaise manip quelque part c'est pour cette raison que ça n'a pas marché

si tu as fait un scan hijackthis je pense que ça serait utile de le poster ou l'héberger sur un site et poster le lien. Si un helper débarque il va surement te demander le rapport ^^

demande de l'aide sur le forum de malekal aussi on ne sait jamais qui répondra en premier pour t'aider a supprimer cette infection (je le ferai bien mais je ne suis pas formé pour ça et même si je m'y connais il se pourrait que je te fasse faire une bêtise ;) )
