Hello,
Since this morning I have an error message and an email won’t send and Outlook is frozen. I have already closed and restarted Outlook but it didn't change anything. I also shut down the PC and restarted it, but the problem persists.
The message:
"The task "pop.gmail.com-Send and Receive" reported an error (0x8004060C): "Unknown error 0x8004060C"
Thank you for your help
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

go to the "outbox" in outlook
select the blocked emails that can no longer be deleted.
click on the "move to folder" icon in the menu bar
in the "move items" window
click on "deleted items" and OK
let the computer process. this may take a few minutes. -
Thank you for the response.
When I perform this operation, I receive another message:
"The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart Outlook."
I did this, but it doesn't change anything. -

Thank you.
In fact, the Outlook.pst file is full. I created another folder and transferred some of the received emails, and it seems to be working. The pending email has been sent.
I will get back to you if the problem persists.
Thanks again for the help.
