My tablet won't connect to the wifi. Solved

Hello, I just bought a Memup tablet a few days ago, and I can't connect to Wi-Fi; the network doesn't hold, it shows "connecting" then a few seconds later "disconnecting". If someone could help me, thanks in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.7

I have exactly the same problem.
Even worse, it keeps telling me my network is out of range while all the other devices are connected to it.

Is there a way to manage the networks to prevent it from connecting to anything else?

Hello,  Did you enter the security key correctly? That is, without spaces and respecting lowercase or uppercase letters.

I also have this problem with my Memup 708c, I have a Freebox V5 HD.
I tested all possible keys (WEP, WPA, etc.).
However, I have no connection issues over Wi-Fi on the Orange network with my tablet, so I think there might be a compatibility problem with the Freebox.
In this regard, I sent an email to Memup's technical support.
I will continue my research and let you know if I find anything :)

Hello, I had the same problem, you need to press a button on your LIVEBOX WIFI (the router) and your tablet will automatically connect to your LIVEBOX, don’t forget to copy the number exactly the same.

If that doesn’t work, try restarting the tablet and rebooting your box while ensuring that the Wifi on the box is activated. Optionally, try changing the default wifi channel on the box.

My dad also sent me a Memup tablet. I entered my Wi-Fi name, the code, and everything, but it still doesn't work.
