Bonjour, esq quelqu'un peut maider svp, j'ai (trojan, spywar, program espion et d'autre virus mais là je requiere de l'aide, car je possede un parfeu "antivirus firewall" qui me coute 5 euros par moi mais chaque fois qu'il me dit " qurantaine/effacer/nettoyer", je clic effacer le fichier, et la il me dit opperation impossible ??? a quoi sert un antivirus remis a jour qui n'efface pas les virus??? Ou bien alors ! je suis un tres mauvais internautes qui n'a pas encore compris le bon deroulement des operations a suivre, please help!!!
avec un immence merci a la personne qui poura m'aider.

Pour commencer un immence merci pour ce coup de main en esperant aboutir, j'ai telecharger des musique et immage pour mon fils sur emule et depuis j'ai des page x qui s'affiche des page d'anti virus et un pt triangle jaune en bas a droite avec un point d'exclamation ???

j'ai suivi instruction
et rien a priori si cela peut t'aider j'ai reussi hier a faire un scan avec firewall et je ne retrouve plus comment j'ai fait la manipe, mais dans le rapport il mindiquait a peu pres 40 trojans et autre virus + 4 logiciel espion mais je vais essayer de refaire un scan avec fire wall car il vient de supprimer un virus" enfin!!!" un de moin

ce rapport est clean! ouf!

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau :

https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence, clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse
