Hello,
Yesterday, I tackled the rear speakers of my 206 (3-door). For that, I bought some 13 cm Pioneer speakers and two adapters for the connectors. So, I took apart the rear, connected the adapters to the connectors, and hooked up the speakers. However, after several attempts, no sound is coming out... I checked the wires (yellow and a kind of beige) and they go all the way to the back of the fuse box.
I don't know much about electronics and I don't know how to get my speakers to work... Does anyone have a solution to my problem, please?

Well, I don’t have the patience to look it up, but from memory, there’s a red wire, a yellow wire, and a black one, that's for the power supply. There’s a blue wire, that’s for an electric antenna or for an amplifier, which gives a startup impulse.
There are 8 color-coded wires that go in pairs:
- one green + one green/black -> Front Left Speaker
- one gray + one gray/black -> Front Right Speaker
- one white + one white/black -> Rear Speaker
- one purple + one purple/black -> Rear Speaker
For the rear wires, I no longer remember which are left and right, and I might also confuse front and back.
For the power supply, the red and yellow are positives, there’s one permanent + and one + after ignition, the black being the ground.
That’s for the adapter connector; as for the color codes in the car itself, I can’t help you because it varies from one brand to another, but if the rear speaker wires are pre-wired in the car, they should be at the front. For the front speakers, you’ll have to remove the covers to see the wire colors.
No problem, only... solutions!!!
