My box keeps flashing yellow

Hello,

the light on my neufbox is yellow: the TV doesn't work, the phone, internet; however, as soon as I unplug and replug the box, the light is green, but as soon as I turn on my TV, the image stays fixed and the light turns yellow. What can I do for it to stay green?

    Hello...

    Call 1023, they will do online tests... it seems that your box is down... or your decoder.... if you unplug the decoder, does the rest work?
