Rendre l'URL variable

bonsoir,
j'ai créé une formulaire dont le lien je vais l'envoyer par mail aux clients c pourquoi je veux rendre ce lien varible càd c le lien d'origine:http:\\127.0.0.1\vtigercrm\formulaire_satisfaction.php je veux rendre la partie 127.0.0.1 variable selon l'adresse ip
comment je peux faire ça et je dois changer quoi dans le fichier config.inc.php !!!
