Built-in player in LG LED TV

Hello,

I have an LG 37LE5510 TV with a built-in media player.
I connect my hard drive via the USB port to watch movies, view photos, etc.

As for Divx files, everything is fine, but as soon as I try to play HD files (720p - 1080p...), either there are bugs, or the audio file is unsupported.

I would like to know if it's possible to update the built-in media player or if there is a solution to resolve this problem.

Thank you in advance.

Well, that's exactly why I've already looked at LG, and that's why I'm here to see if anyone has encountered this problem and if they found a solution.
The point is not to use an external device like a computer or a DVD player but to try to update the codecs of the built-in player.

As you rightly say, the real difficulty lies with LG: to be clear, are the missing codecs free, for example? As I mentioned, there is simply too much; LG will never provide everything because it doesn't exist! Finally, the system embedded in your device is "light" and therefore underperforming (memory space), for example, and do you think LG will care about your isolated case? That's why I was giving you tips and tricks to work around the problem; I can assure you that today we have no choice.
Hi, and I'm sorry for you.
