Thank you for the reply, it's quite funny.
The manual says HP Deskjet F2400.
While the device says HP F2480.
What should I understand?

    Well, that means that the way to use either one is the same, except for 2 or 3 functions, it's quite common practice.

    Look up HP 2480-F and then check the troubleshooting section and search for the message you are receiving from this printer

    Well, here it is siren, I've read the 2 manuals related to your printer, in fact, the manual for the HP F2400 covers all the printers in the F2400 series, the operating principles are the same for all, that's one thing.
    As for the malfunction of the flashing lights, there is a whole bunch of them, in fact, you have to follow step by step what is indicated in the manual, it's long but you might find what it's about, good luck
