Bonjour,
Jai un message qui m'a indiqué que le virus Serwab était sur mon ordi (un Windows XP SP2).
Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir les dossiers systèmes.
Merci d'avance pour votre aide.

Télécharge et installe ce log :

ewido (gratuit même après la période d’essai)
Téléchargement :
ewido
Cliques sur « update » fais les mise à jour ensuite clique sur « scanner » puis sur « complete scan system ».
Tuto pour la version 4 d’Ewido :
https://www.malekal.com/tutorial-et-guide-ewido-v4/

Met le à jour comme indiqué, lance le « delete » tout ce qu’il te trouve et copie/colle moi le rapport.

Puis :

télécharge HijackThis (version francaise) ici:
hijackthis

Dézippe le dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.
Par exemple C:\hijackthis < Enregistre le bien dans c : !

Lance le puis:
clique sur "faire un scan et sauvegarder le log" (cf démo)
faire un copier coller du log entier sur le forum

Désinstalle ceci :

C:\Program Files\WinAntiVirus Pro 2006

ensuite remet un log Hijack .

Tout d'abord encore merci pour ton aide.

Je ne peux malheureusement pas ouvrir le dossier "Ajout et Suppression de programmes". J'ai pu y aller en passant par le mode sans echec sauf que Winantivirus Pro 2006 n'apparait pas dans les programmes. J'ai supprimé tous les dossiers et fichiers comportant ce nom et j'ai relancé HijackThis.

Tu l'as directement viré dans C:\Program Files et vidé ta poubelle ?

S'il resiste vire le en mode sans echec .

Comme pour le WinAntivirus Pro 2006, DriveCleaner 2006 Free n'apparait pas dans mes programmes, ni meme dans le C:\Program Files.
Donc comme tout a l'heure j'ai viré tous les fichiers comportant ce nom, meme dans la corbeille, et j'ai relancé HijackThis.

Ok tu as fait un log Hijack en mode sans echec...
La prochaine fois fais le en mode normal ! ;-))

recherche et supprimes ces fichiers (si présents) :

c:\windows\system32\cxncancetj.exe

Arrête ce service Firewall service pour ça fais cette manip :
Démarrer -> executer tape services.msc clic droit sur le service cité - > propriétés et dans "type de démarrage" et mets le sur « arrêté « et « désactivé ».

Mets ce service:

ewido anti-spyware 4.0 guard

sur "manuel"

Vide ta poubelle, redémarre ton PC et dis moi ou en sont tes probs .

J'ai fais tout ce que tu m'as dis a part arreter le service Firewall Service car quand je tape la commance services.msc ca ne marche pas. Aucun terminal n'apparait.
Pour le reste il n'y a pas de souci.

Tu as bien le fichier services.msc dans C:\WINDOWS\system32 ?

c'est par ordre alphabétique dans system32, donc voit s'il est présent.

Il est bien present dans le System32 mais je viens de refaire le test et toujours rien.

tu as accès au gestionnaire des périphériques ?

Oui je suis bien connecté en tant qu'administrateur mais je n'ai plus acces a rien. Le seul moyen que j'ai d'acceder a mon systeme c'est via le mode sans echec.
Si je lance la commande services.msc en mode sans echec ca pourra marcher?

Essaye cette manip :

Cliquez sur Démarrer/Exécuter, puis saisis cette commande :
regsvr32 msxml3.dll - > puis [ok]

Redémarre ton PC et réessaye.

Je viens de faire ce que tu m'as dis.
J'ai tapé la commande regsvr32 msxml3.dll - > puis [ok]
comme tout a l'heure rien ne s'est passé. J'ai redemarré mon pc et retapé la commande services.msc et toujours rien.

essaye cette manip :

demarrer -> executer - > tape sfc /scannow

Je coupe on verra demain au cas ou ... ;-)
