Create a bootable CD/DVD with Nero

Hello, following several format operations on my system, then a Windows XP version from some time ago, every time I format it takes ages to update my system, then reinstall all my software. I wanted to know if it is possible to burn my system and all installed software to a CD/DVD as long as my PC is in good condition, and how to do it??? I have Nero BackItUp 11, is it possible to create this CD/DVD with it??? If yes, how should I proceed to back up my entire system and my software??? Thank you in advance for your help.
