Saccade audio/video (DPC latency)

Bonjour,
J'ai actuellement un problème dont je n'arrive pas a trouver la cause.

Lorsque je viens tout juste de démarrer mon ordinateur tout semble bien fonctionné, lorsque je lance un gros jeux ou quelque chose qui pompe pas mal de ressource pendant que j'écoute de la musique j'ai juste une petite saccade (audio) qui dure très peut de temps pendant le chargement du jeux (mais aussi quelque petite saccade de temps en temps dans le jeux mais pas gênante).

Pendant le chargement de black ops au moment du chargement des paramètre/liste serveurs la souris + l'image freeze mais pas le sons.

Mais au fur et a mesure que l'ordinateur reste allumé, les saccades viennent de plus en plus souvent pendant un jeux et en même temps que le son saccade, la video saccade elle aussi.

Au bout de deux jours le moindre chargement d'une page web cause des saccades audio (video pas tres visible sur windows) et impossible de joué correctement a un jeux le son et la video saccade très souvent mais peut ne pas le faire pendant une minute grand max.

J'ai deja fait un memtest, occt et aucun problème.

Recemment j'ai eu deux ecran bleue DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.
Tout a l'heure lors du chargement d'une page web, mon msn a freeze et ne répondait plus, j'ai donc lancé le gestionnaire des taches pour voir ce qui se passé et lui s'est lancé en n'affichant rien aucun graphique puis ne repondait pas non plus, en fait je pouvais juste me servir de google chrome mais uniquement les pages deja chargé avant le probleme, si j'essaye d'aller sur un nouveau site il me dit chargement du cache puis plus ne fait rien. Je pense que c'est peut etre un probleme de disque dur non?

Par contre j'ai testé mon pc avec latencymon et voila le resultat:
