Solution rapport Hijackthis

Bonjour,
J'ai de gros soucis avec mon ordinateur, depuis quelques mois, il a ralentit énormément et aujourd'hui c'est un vrai calvaire pour pouvoir naviguer sur internet. Ne sachant pas comment lui refaire une santé, je m'en remet à vous pour m'éclairer. Je n'y connais absolument rien en informatique mais j'ai cru comprendre qu'avec hijackthis cela pourrait aller mieux je vous poste donc ci dessous le rapport que je viens d'effectuer et espère sincèrment que vous pourrez m'aider.
