How to play a region 2 DVD

Hello,I received region 2 DVDs, but my DVD player cannot read them since it is region 1. I was told that computers can read all regions, but my computer cannot read them either. Is there a way for my DVD player or my computer to read them?????Please help me!!Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

For your DVD, forget that because if you put a film from another continent in for the first time, it configures for that DVD, but computers can do the first 5.

On PCs, you can easily change the region, but the number of times is limited!! Beware
some standalone players are region-free, this is permanent, the procedure is mostly variable depending on brands and models.
