Hello, I have a problem with my CGV Premio Sat HD decoder. I inserted the TNT Sat card, I connected it to the TV via HDMI, I connected the satellite dish cable to the decoder, and as soon as I turn it on it shows me Level 85% (Signal reception) and quality 0%, and when I start the channel search, it searches but after 35 minutes it reaches the end without finding any channels or radio, even though everything is properly connected. Thanks in advance.

Hello, is this the first installation of the decoder?
Is the satellite dish properly oriented to the correct satellite? Because it is possible that you are receiving a signal from a satellite but not the right one, hence the failure to search for channels. But if it is indeed Astra, your signal quality should be good. Has the satellite dish just been installed, or did it function correctly before with another decoder?

yes yes everything was working fine, yes everything is well oriented.

Try the procedures indicated above, check connections, have you suffered a wind gust these last days? Has the parabola been able to move? Also try to completely disconnect the decoder and remove the card, leave it for 15/20 minutes then reconnect.
