Issue with Bluestork wireless mouse

Hello,

I have a problem with my Bluestork wireless mouse.
I'm not at home right now, I plug the receiver dock into the USB port, the mouse is recognized by my computer, the LEDs on the dock light up, and the LED under the mouse as well; everything seems to be working fine. Not quite...
Indeed, when I move my mouse, the cursor on the desktop doesn't move, although the buttons on my mouse work.
When I'm at home, everything works perfectly...!
What should I do? :(

Remove the batteries from the mouse, disconnect the base from the computer, then reconnect it, put the batteries back in the mouse, and then press the button on the base and then the one underneath the mouse :)

I am exactly in the same problem as you, I bought the mouse and it only worked for 2 days, all the lights are on but the mouse does not work.
