In theory, you should find how to insert the batteries in the manual...

Edit apparently 
The battery compartment is located on the outer wall of the left ear cup. Hold the left ear cup with both hands. Press and turn counterclockwise for about 1/8 of a turn. Replace the old batteries with AAA alkaline or lithium batteries. Replace the cover and turn it clockwise to lock it in place. Note the locking tabs inside the battery compartment cover. Carefully align them with the battery compartment openings.
