Hello,
I have an Asus X93SV-YZ145V and when I turn it on, it tells me that Asus Vibe has stopped working and I can't launch this software... The first time I turned on my PC, I also couldn't launch it. Do you know what this could be due to and could you please help me? Thank you.

Hi, I have the same problem and I was wondering if it's not because of the installation of several heavy software that could compromise asusvibe2.0?
I still found a workaround for the problem: you have to wait for the message "asusvibe has stopped working" and click on the red cross in the top right corner of the window and you will get to the desktop.

Hello,

Same issue with Asus Vibe that stopped working when starting Windows with an inability to start Asus Vibe afterwards.

I have an Asus R900V laptop running Windows 7 from 2012
Avast + Comodo (antivirus+firewall) + Windows firewall

I resolved the issue by running the program as an administrator after closing active processes

So in detail:

- Click on "Start" => Right-click on "Computer" => "Manage" => "Device Manager" => Tab "Processes" => then stop if they are present in the list the processes "AsusVibe 2.0" + "AsusVibeLauncher" + "AsusVibeLiveUpdate"

- Click on "Start" => "All Programs" => "ASUS" => "AsusVibe" =>
right-click on "Asus Vibe Fun Center" => "Run as administrator"

I followed Tomasek's advice, but the black screen still appears after opening Windows (maybe I didn't handle it well). You just have to click "Cancel" on the Windows message, but it's repetitive at every connection.

Since this program is not interesting (for me: music, etc.), I uninstalled it from my hard drive:
C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AsusVibe
click the file: "Uninstall", then Confirm

Since then, everything has been fine... X-)

I have the same problem with ASUS Vibe, but I can't uninstall it; every time I try, I get an error message saying that they can't find the unins000.dat file in my program files, it doesn't exist. What should I do?
Can someone help me? Thank you.
