Toshiba Satellite C660 Recovery

Hello,
I have a problem with my Toshiba. I obviously made the recovery CDs when I got it, but today I tried to restore it to factory settings with the CDs, and at step 9 it gets stuck and tells me there is an error. I've tried several times, but now I can't turn my computer on or anything. If anyone has a solution. Thank you

    Good evening,

    There might be a burning issue with your CDs.

    There should be a recovery partition on your Toshiba that you can access during the startup phase by pressing a specific key.

    Check your PC's manual to find out which key it is.
    You can then reset your computer and go through a nice series of updates just like when you bought it.

    Be patient and good luck with the restoration.
