Hello, when I click to play Sonic Generations, an error message appears
critical error!
No valid graphics configuration file found. Please run the configuration tool and then save.
Can you help me because I bought the game for nothing if I can't play.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Hi, sorry about Maxou, but the problem doesn’t come from there at all. You need to go to your game folder and there you'll find a file called configuration tool. Launch it, adjust the settings, and then you'll be able to play.

Hi.
Maybe your graphics card isn't powerful enough (although I doubt it), or your drivers are not up to date. -

I solved the problem by installing the Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework following the error code 0xc0000135 under Sonic Generations.
If this can save others the time I wasted searching... -
Ah... I went to check the required specifications to run the game, and unfortunately, it needs a processor that's almost 2x more powerful, 2x more RAM, and a more powerful graphics card.

D'accord, j'ai essayé et ça marche maintenant, merci.

Help, I'm running the game as admin but then it says
no valid graphic configuration file found. -
For those who have the problem of unsupported graphics card, you need to restart using only the graphics card. Personally, I have a key that allows it, otherwise I think it's a good lead for others, just have to look for it...
Oh, and in the config tool, it's not a big deal if you still see the chipset...
