Hi, sorry about Maxou, but the problem doesn’t come from there at all. You need to go to your game folder and there you'll find a file called configuration tool. Launch it, adjust the settings, and then you'll be able to play.

I solved the problem by installing the Microsoft .Net 3.5 Framework following the error code 0xc0000135 under Sonic Generations.

Ah... I went to check the required specifications to run the game, and unfortunately, it needs a processor that's almost 2x more powerful, 2x more RAM, and a more powerful graphics card.
