No signal via HDMI with Canal+ decoder

Hello,

My LCD television is connected to the Canal decoder via an HDMI cable. When I turn it on, the screen displays "No signal," even though the TV is correctly set to HDMI HD source.
To make it work, I remove the card from the decoder after turning it off. When I turn it back on and insert the card, the TV finds the signal and everything works.
It’s a hassle to do this every time. Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks everyone.
Pierre

Hello
In my opinion, a recognition (and memorization) problem does not work at the Canal terminal level. The question should therefore be addressed to the support service. For your information, the HDMI connection has an interactive recognition system that activates when devices are started after a prior connection. Thus, the television placed on the designated external source input HDMI 1, 2, etc. "remembers" the connected settings just like the "source" from different origins, for example, Canal+ decoder, Blu-ray player, etc., equipped with HDMI connection (see for example Wikipedia under HDMI)
