Hello,
the head of my Jaguar II cutting plotter is not working anymore. It shows "ERROR CHECK MEDIA OR Y MOTOR."
I don't have any manuals, the machine was purchased in Italy... I don't know how to get it started again, it was working perfectly yesterday...
Who should I call to fix this type of machine? I can't find anything in the Yellow Pages (in 33).

Yes, thank you very much. I kept watching anyway yesterday and I contacted the site in Nantes, but for now, nothing to report, they were supposed to get back to me... I would like to be able to unlock it with a "magic solution" or find a repairman in the area, but nothing conclusive so far...
