After that, you add:

(you can add more but always separated by a + )

And you add:

NB: If, like me, you use "NoScript" on Firefox (or its equivalent "NotScript" on Chrome), you need to temporarily enable Google (or fully depending on your choice) and you will see a preview on the side with cached, etc.
