Hello,
Please, could someone help me with my search;
I would like to move our TV, but the problem is that my TV socket is located in only one place in the living room; I would like to avoid buying and laying a 6-meter TV cable (the length of the living room) and find something, like a Wi-Fi transmitter, or whatever, that will allow me to keep my current TV socket and not have a cable running the length of my living room (not aesthetic and dangerous to trip over)
I have a PANASONIC LED TV from 2011 and also a Panasonic DVD player (3 years old)
Thank you in advance for the help.

Nothing replaces good old cable TV, there is no other solution, install the cable along the baseboards, use a TV cable that you purchased by the meter or on a reel, with braided wires and a copper core, with a reference of 16 or 17 patch, this way you will limit the signal loss induced by this extension, do not use pre-made extensions with connectors already installed at the end of the cable: it's crap.
There are quite discreet quality cables available.
A wireless transmitter does exist, you plug it into the antenna socket and it wirelessly transmits all the channels received by the antenna to the receiver, but it costs around €200 on certain professional websites and German electronic component suppliers like conrad.de.
But watch out for interference! And the reliability of this product is not guaranteed.
I saw it at a client's place, it works more or less well, and I had to replace it with a TV cable (this device also exists for satellite cables).
