Kinect is not working anymore

Hello, I have the Kinect and while updating a Kinect game, it stopped working; it won't turn on and a steady red light appears with the following message:
An unknown issue has occurred with your Kinect sensor (C000009C)

What is the problem, please?

      the technical support is unable to define this fault, I am waiting for a trial.
