Caps Lock always on

Hello, well here it is:

My little brother did something on my HP ProBook 4710s, and the "Caps Lock" light stays on all the time, except when the PC is turned off.

The key works perfectly, it's just the light that stays on.

What to do?

If I can type as I want, the key works perfectly; when I press it once, my computer displays CAPS LOCK ON, and when I press it again, it shows CAPS LOCK OFF, like usual. I can type in lowercase or uppercase, but the light remains on when the key is disabled.
