Installing google chrome on windows 7

Hello,
I would like to install Google Chrome but my Internet Explorer browser doesn't even want to download it. Instead of starting the download, I end up on the infamous page (Internet cannot display this webpage)

PS: I just bought this PC and it's a HP dv3; Windows 7; INTEL CORE i3

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Good evening,

you would first need to migrate to IE11 if you want Chrome to be installed on Seven, not on IE9.
