Freeplug issue

Hello,
it's very simple.
the normally synchronized freeplugs have a constant green display. a non-synchronized freeplug shows an orange display or a blinking green/orange.
in my case, the freeplug gives me a constant green display (so an indication of perfect operation), and despite an incredible number of resynchronizations, it persists in not providing me with the signal. this happens to me at least once a month. the internet signal returns by itself for no reason, usually the next day.
but now it's been 2 days that it shows me a nice green, and I have 0 network on my desktop PC (new and the internet access was working perfectly with the plug 2 days ago) AND on my laptop (note that the wifi works perfectly and that the powerline adapters are also fine).
I've tried restarting it using the resynchronization of my powerline adapters, plugging it into the same power strip as the plugs I resynchronize, nothing works, it displays green again but I have 0 network.
if anyone understands and has a solution, my eyes are wide open, and my brain is ready to do what you ask him.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

Hello,
*Red means that the pairing is not done, or if the Freeplug has just come out of eco mode;
* Green/orange means that the pairing is in progress, or during reinitialization
* Green: the pairing is OK; green blinking in eco mode (CPL disabled).
If upon plugging in, the green LED of the Freeplug does not light up, or keeps blinking after 2 minutes, the device is potentially defective.
It is absolutely necessary to confirm the diagnosis by plugging in the other Freeplug provided into the same electrical socket. If the green LED of the second unit lights up correctly and remains steady, the first Freeplug can be considered defective.
The Freeplug is not intended to be used for anything other than connecting between the ADSL and HD units. Any other use (such as connecting between an ADSL unit and a PC, for example) may prematurely and irreparably damage the Freeplug.
To check the operation of the Freeplugs, you need:
* a single electrical outlet
* a power strip plugged into the single outlet (no surge protector)
* the Freeplugs alone (not plugged into the ADSL and HD units)
Plug both Freeplugs into the power strip. They will each display a steady green LED if they are unpaired
If only one unit is on, then the off unit is probably faulty.
A check on another electrical outlet in another room, with the white power cord of the other Freeplug, is needed for the off Freeplug.
Warning: a difference in power outlet network with a residual current device between the two may prevent pairing between two Freeplugs.
The black button of the Freeplug should only be pressed using the user's finger. The use of a tool, screwdriver, or the tip of a pen to press the black button of the Freeplug is absolutely to be avoided, as this may irreparably damage the device.
