Recocash/Orange Disputes

Hello,
I would like to post regarding a problem with Orange...
I have had three unpaid Orange bills in a row, and Orange decided to terminate my line with the obligation to pay the full remaining bills until the end of my contract...
They then called on a collection service, Recocash. I contacted them and asked to arrange a payment plan since I had to pay more than 1100 euros.
They firmly refused the payment plan.
Since then, I keep receiving letters, never by registered mail; I have never received a single registered letter, even to inform me of the amount of my debt. They call me three times a week asking me to pay and still without a payment plan.
In the last letter I received, they finally offered me a payment plan in five installments, and when I called to pay the first installment within the first eight days following the date the letter was sent, they told me it was too late and that the letter had expired.
In the last letter, they informed me that they would file a request for an order to pay before the court and for a wage garnishment.
I am really starting to feel scared and don't know what to do. Thank you for helping me, please.

Hello
first of all, cut all contact with Recocash, don’t respond anymore, ignore them
it’s just a lousy debt collection agency that feels very strong scaring people.
Contact Orange directly, their customer service, and explain to them.
The repayment plan will come from them and not from Recocash, which anyway has no right to impose anything on you until a court decision is made
moreover, it’s enough to shout (excuse the term, but I know them) for them to back off.. threaten them with filing a harassment complaint, and then there’s no one left
TALK TO ORANGE and only Orange.
personally my little problem was solved in 5 minutes.
But it feels so good to yell at Recocash:!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-

Just a small reminder, the people working at RECO CASH are just very small, stupid and mean employees who don't have a school certificate and forgot what they learned in school. Most of the time, they are people working at night or on weekends like security, nightclub DJs, guards, etc. You can see the level. RECO CASH only knows disputes regarding their clients' statements; do not deal with them, as they also take a percentage of the money you owe. Deal directly with your creditor; and don't forget, when you go to a club, the guy making you dance might be the one making you sing during the week.

Do not speak to them; if you talk to them, it’s a recognition for them that they've won the first round and especially for you that you owe them money.
A company that wants its money would prefer to take €100 a month on a payment plan rather than nothing at all in one go.
If this company ever takes you to court, explain to them that they do not want your money.

Hi Lapinou60,
I am currently paying RECOCASH every month for an amount of 900 Euros and I fought to get a monthly repayment plan for my debt, so no worries, you can shout that you will pay but that paying all at once is not possible and that if they continue, it's you who will go file a complaint.
They can't force you to pay all at once...

Hello..
Have you carefully examined the details of the amount claimed by RECOTRUC? There are sometimes 'small' illegal additions.. Has this debt been 'securitized'?
Read carefully Articles 4 and 5 of the Decree regulating amicable collection...

I agree with Volte that you should NEVER go through the Firm but settle directly with the Creditor.. If they refuse, too bad for them; in case of proceedings we can then submit the registered letter requesting the debt to be settled..
See you later -

Hello..
Ritual question: When was the last unpaid invoice?
RECOTRUC doesn't want to deal with multiple payments (management costs..)
See you+
P.S.: As advised by Dtepu, do not talk (or write..) to RECOMACHIN and do not give them anything or promise them anything! -
- no registered mail received, so you haven't received anything
- they want to take you to court? Why not, the judge will listen to you when you explain that you can't pay, or only in installments but that they refused.
- don't be afraid, this kind of company deserves to be stood up to.
