[ME] erreur initialize ressource DLL

Bonjour,
Depuis quelques temps j'ai un message d'erreur dans la barre du haut / Explorateur Windows, Poste de travail etc / edition / erreur "cannot initialize ressource DLL"
C'est grâve ? Comment puis je rectifier ce problème sachant que je suis novice en informatique.

Si tu utilise Iceows
Just to tell you that i had the same message error once i installed iceows in another directory.
I had it in my C:\ drive and i intalled it again in my removable drive, then a begin having this error each time i tried to whrite click and try to open a file.
So to be sure that you have the same problem. Can you ninstall it from you add/remove program ? If not, so just reinstall it in the c:\ drive and the problem is fixed.
