Create an out of office message in Outlook 2003 Solved

Hello and... help!!

I need to create an out-of-office message on Outlook 2003 for my desk so that during my holidays people who write to me receive this message.
Nothing complicated (I've already done this on Yahoo or Hotmail) but here it's IMPOSSIBLE!!
I don't understand anything!!
Can you help me please???

Hi,  Nothing could be simpler: In "Tools," click on "Out of Office Assistant."  Then confirm "out of office." Then you put a nice little message like "at the beach sunbathing...". There you go...

Please check with your system administrator that absence notifications are correctly forwarded for people outside the 'Outlook/Exchange address book'.
