Hello, I would like to know how to get the letter b in uppercase with a bar above.

In this case, just use "the right connector" that you can find in: customize the Word toolbar, and then you can position it wherever you want.

I use Open Office because I don't like the Starter version of Word. For now, I'm just making do with the drawing function, with which I was able to draw a small line above the B.
