Mapping issue

Hello,

I have a problem with the mapping in Windows Seven.

I’m trying to connect to a network drive, but when I attempt to do so, I get the message:

"The specified network folder is currently mapped with a different username and password."

"To connect with a different username and password, you must first disconnect any other existing mappings on this network share."

All this is nice, but I don’t really understand what it means, and I have no idea how to disconnect users from the mapping.

If someone could explain it to me, that would be great ^^

Have a good day!

    Hello, for those who don't have access to the xooimage site due to their employer's dumb restrictions, here’s another solution to connect to your remote directory:

    The workaround involves using the server's IP address instead of its name when connecting.

    This tricks our common enemy into thinking it’s dealing with a new server that it hasn't connected to yet. (Haha, what a loser...)

    To retrieve the IP address:
    Start () -> Run -> cmd
    then type the command that will give you the IP address xx.xx.xx.xx:
    ping <server name="" />
