    Hello,

Here is the solution to uninstall without a password the Orange parental control version 5 or 6

    - open Command Prompt as Administrator and answer "Yes" to the prompts

    sc.exe delete ocsvc
    sc.exe stop optenet_filter
    sc.exe delete optenet_filter
    sc.exe stop optproxy
    sc.exe delete optproxy

REG DELETE HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v "Contrôle Parental Orange"
REG DELETE HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v "Contrôle Parental Orange"
    REG DELETE HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v "OPTENET_GUI"
    REG DELETE HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v "OPTENET_GUI"

    netsh.exe int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
    netsh.exe winsock reset

    - Reboot the computer
    - Possibly reinstall the parental control and then uninstall again to have a clean system.

Another solution is to open the Task Manager (press Ctrl-Alt-Del), then select the pcontrol.exe process, and click "End Task."
Then perform a normal uninstall, and that's it!
      Enjoy!

Well no, it still asks you for the code when you uninstall!

I succeeded but it's very complicated, you must first go to Start, then search regedit, and in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE delete several keys. Sorry but I can't tell you more because I didn't do it myself. For those who have Windows 7, try watching this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Y9Ere2yOx4
