Hello, it's urgent please help me
When I go to the NVIDIA GT525 graphics card control panel (DELL INSPIRON N5110 PC), I get an error message that says:
NVIDIA display settings are not available.
You are currently not using a screen connected to an NVIDIA graphics processor. Please help me and thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 535.1

Hello,
I might have a solution for you!
For a week now, my laptop (Asus G551JM-CN102H) has not been able to adjust the screen brightness (using the FN shortcut and via the control panel). Additionally, I noticed that I could no longer access the Nvidia control panel, which gave me an error message
"My screen was not connected to an NVIDIA graphics card."
(graphics card 860M).
What I did to resolve the issue:
(I assume your Nvidia and Windows drivers have been updated)
- Open the control panel.
- Look for Device Manager and then click.
- A window opens with many choices (Battery/Bluetooth/Graphics Card/etc...).
- Click on Graphics Card.
- Then enable all your graphics cards (right-click/enable).
My Intel card was disabled for some unknown reason. Reactivating it fixed my problem.
So here it is; if this doesn’t work for you, it’s because it wasn’t the right solution... but at least you’ll know that it’s not due to that (let's stay positive in our misfortune).
My first post on this site hoping it helps someone.

However, who knows why the Intel GPU got deactivated...
