Yes, for me miniinthebox is pretty reliable; I've placed several orders with them (about one a month on average for phone accessories, PS controller, dog sweater, and more) and I've never had any issues with this site, quite the opposite! On average, you receive your order in 1 month max (at least in my experience). I did have a defective item once, and they replaced it on simple request via email with a photo at their expense! (you don’t even have to return the defective item)
The only thing to be careful about is the customs fees, which are difficult to understand. So I hope I've helped you :))

I am reverting my opinion; miniinthebox just sent me an email offering to resend the defective equipment.
I think with them, you have to adopt the Chinese mentality and not be in a hurry.
Finally, everything will be fine in my case when I receive my new batteries.
For your information, complaints should be directed to the ... customer service, and it takes about a week to get a response.

Hello, I ordered a headset for €15, so before buying, I checked a site where all the reviews were positive, but after placing the order, I saw another site, and now I'm really scared because I paid (well, my dad did) by credit card, and I need this item before 15 days for my best friend's birthday, so I’ll keep you updated!!
Hello, I just received my Wii controller and the wheel. The controller is flashing, but it's impossible to play with it; it doesn't connect to my Wii. Does anyone have an answer?
You shouldn't expect Nintendo, Sony, or Microsoft quality when buying from this site; be logical, only buy protective cases, not controllers or keyboards. If you're looking for cheap controllers, we buy them a few months later, so it's good to ask the question before buying from a cheap, reliable site in China. I ordered 4 packages, they arrived in about 10 to 15 days with a delivery assurance of €2.75.

Nothing is explained about customs duties.
At no point is it mentioned that they will need to be paid.
I will refuse the package, see if I can get a refund, and file a dispute with PayPal to cancel the sale.

I ordered three dog clothing items. The order was shipped on December 15 and I received it today, December 31. Very satisfied, no issues, received on time (as indicated on the site) and no customs fees. I recommend this site!

I live on the island of Réunion and when I read comments like "the package takes too long to arrive, it's a scam, there are taxes..." Hey guys, the package is coming from China, not from the café down the street....!!!! Here in Réunion, a French department, when we receive a package from France, whether it's a commercial package or a gift made by Grandma for a birthday, we are taxed and that's called the "octroi de mer" (10%), VAT (5.6%), and transportation costs. Plus, the package is going to take between 5 and 10 weeks to arrive (from France, so imagine from China!!!!)..............
