Hello everyone, first of all, I’m new here so sorry if I’m not posting in the right place...

So, on June 26th, I won an iPod Touch during the mystery guest game on Difool's morning show. One of the team members took my details off-air and a few days later I received a letter confirming my prize, which I would receive within 2 months.
The problem is that the 2 months have passed and I still haven't received anything. I sent 2 emails to auditeurs@skyrock.com but have had no responses.

I would like to know if this has happened to anyone else, and if it’s normal or not.

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has ever sent an email to "auditeurs@skyrock.com" and was told "the team will call you back" and actually received a call? And how long it typically takes for them to call back?

It's going fast here, huh!
He replied to the email I sent him, he told me it was a bit delayed because of the holidays but that I would receive it within the month. And if by the end of September I haven't received anything, he told me to send him an email again.

P.S.: It's not a scam, proof is, two years ago I won the PlayStation and I received it.

Hello, I'm new so I'm not really sure how to write. So here it is, two days ago I won an iPhone 5s in the mystery guest game. Today I received a letter saying that I would receive a check for the value of the phone. Has anyone ever won a phone and did they receive the phone or the check? And within what timeframe?

Hello, I won cinema tickets on September 15, 2014, and to this day I still haven't received anything. What should I do? I've tried to contact Skyrock several times, but nothing at all as of today; it's been over a month.

Well, actually, 2 years ago, I won a PlayStation 3 and I received it in 2 weeks. And now it's been 2 months and I haven't heard anything :s
