Startup issue - BIOS

Hello,
My computer: ASUS UL50A laptop
Operating system: Windows 7
For a few days now, when I start my computer I land directly on a blue screen with the following title: Asustek Bios Rom Easy Flash Utility V1.16
On this screen, a whole series of boxes (Flash type, etc.)...
When I press ESC, a message appears:
"Unable to load BIOS image from external ROM"
followed by:
"System will continue to POST"
and then the computer starts normally and I can work without any problem.
Should I be worried?
What do you advise?
