Pb avec terminal Xserver!

bonjour,
j'ai installé un serveur linux debian ,et je voulais avoirle choix entre le mode graphique et le mode Konsole au démarrage j'ai installé xserver-xfree86
j'ai églement installé les gestionaire de fênetre kde et gnome, cependant quand je lance startx (avec mon user (qui n'est pas root)), j'ai le message suivant:
